On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
@Talistech , the bug is identified with EXTSSLIT-2263. Thank you for bringing our attention to the issue. The description of the --help command will be adjusted accordingly in one of the upcoming Plesk updates. I can't provide an ETA at this point. You can monitor the change log here.
Thank you for the report, @emretunahan . An internal task for further investigation is open. Our team will review and address the behavior soon. I will follow-up with more details as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
Thank you for the confirmation. I was able to replicate the behavior and forwarded the report to our team for further review. I will follow-up with more details as soon as possible.

Hi, @Kaspar . The described behavior indeed falls under the bug identified with PPPM-14318. A fix will be introduced in one of the upcoming Plesk releases. Unfortunately, at this point, I cannot provide any ETA.
Hello, @SebastianBerlin . Unfortunately when you change password in Nextcloud directly, Nextcloud does not notify Plesk about password changes, and/or passing the password elsewhere. The password in the oc_users table of the NC database is hashed with argon2, hence Plesk cannot decrypt it. This...
Hello, @ink169 . You can verify whether Nginx is running from the Plesk GUI Tools & Settings > Services Management or via the command line:
systemctl status nginx
If for some reason the Nginx component is missing, you should be able to add it from Tools & Settings > Updates.
Thank you for the report, @Kaspar . We have a registered bug (PPPM-14318) for the root cause with the incorrect disk space usage you are describing. I will consult with our team further on the scenario described with the API and get back to you with more details.
Hello, @enduser . There's a registered bug (PPPM-7190) for the described behavior, which will be fixed in future Plesk releases. In the meantime, as a workaround, please try the following:
Add the following lines to the bottom of the /etc/postfix/main.cf file:
internal_mail_filter_classes =...
Thank you, @wolle . It's not entirely clear to my why that entry gets logged. I would recommend trying the repair utility:
plesk repair all -y
If that doesn't sort out the issue, I would suggest temporarily enabling the debug mode to see if more details will be logged.
Hi, @wolle . Are there any other details in the corresponding log entries, please? If you could provide a screenshot it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Hello, @myat.m2024 . There is no ready-to-use tool for replacing MariaDB with MySQL Plesk provides. Technically, it is possible - typically, the existing database server should be removed and the desired one should be installed. However, this is risky as it might lead to data loss...
Hi, @Martin73 . After the installation, you should be able to enable the module in Website & Domains > example.com > Hosting & DNS > Hosting > Web scripting. Please let us know if the issue still persists afterward.
@carlsson , is Nginx caching enabled for the website you are experiencing the issue with? If yes, have you already tried purging the cache and was there any difference after that?
Hello, @SalamBegum . You should be able to install SSL certificates with the the Certbot ACME client. More details:
Getting Started
It would probably be more effective to ask this question directly on the Let's Encrypt community since it's related to their service rather than Plesk itself.
The Sitejet team confirmed that the warning message can be safely ignored and has no actual impact. What happens is that when a form is submitted, Sitejet checks for data submitted for each form field, when a checkbox isn't checked, no data is sent for the field at all so Sitejet is trying to...
Hi, @WiseWill . I was able to replicate the behavior and I will consult with the Sitejet team for further clarification on what's causing this behavior. As far as I can see this is just a warning, so my assumption is that it can be safely ignored. I will follow-up with confirmation and more...
