On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
If the subscription suspended without you, check the backup-function. Maybe the option is enabled to deactivate the domains while doing a backup and something got wrong during last backup.
If you mean the error "Service Temporarily Unavailable" that is a different problem.
Click "subscription" in plesk panel - click the specific subscrition (NOT log in as customer) and then try to enable the domain.
If you do not click ("log in as customer") you enable the domain as administrator.

After that we used "plesk repair dns" to synchronize the new ips with bind.
If we do a dnslookup on the primary DNS server everything seems to be fine...

We migrated two separate servers. Both of them had the same problem.
How can we prevent this problem for the next time, if we ever have to migrate...

/etc/init.d/ctasd_initd status
shows
* Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam is running
The problem is, that we still don't see the outbound...
