    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Outbound Antispam not showing in Panel

We have installed Outbound Antispam. First it didn't run.
After manually adding die correct and encrypted license key into /etc/ctasd/ctasd-out.conf

/etc/init.d/ctasd_initd status
shows
Code:
 * Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam is running

The problem is, that we still don't see the outbound settings-menu under "Tools - Settings" in Plesk Panel.
We have also tried the workaround in: http://kb.parallels.com/115217 , too.

What can we do, to see the option Outbound Antispam in "Tools-Settings" in "Plesk Panel"?
