On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
So were are using POLipay as one of our payment gateways on WHMCS.
We moved our company site from a cPanel Server in Australia to our own Plesk Server in New Zealand.
We had an old POLipay plugin that appeared to stop working, so we updated to a new one from a company in Australia. It goes...
Did you ever get around to fixing this?
It has been covered by multiple other forums etc. The Plesk article covers it...

I have just upgraded to Plesk Obsidian. Everything else appears to have worked, but now LVE Manager and PHP Selector aren't working. When you click on the link to open them the CloudLinux icon just keeps turning.
I have tried removing and installing both again, but it still doesn't work.
Any...
Hey Peter, thank you for that. Was wondering if it may have been to do with changing it to Prefork, as the php5 tick box was greyed out.
Going on from that, as it is saying it is deprecated, is there an easy way to get Plesk to use PHP 7.x there?
Hey all,
The default Plesk site (server address) won't execute PHP, it just downloads the files. The only thing that has changed is that due to licensing, we have turned on Apache instead of LiteSpeed. All I am trying to get going is the WHMCS status page. It was working before having to make...
Well, too many issue and configuration pages out there. Had made some changes from Dovecot wiki (think it was official one) and got the issue above.
Thank you Monty... after making that change (even though wiki had said not to set it that way), I got back to square one:
Aug 30 00:25:00 plesk...
Tried everything that everyone else had said to try, and none of it worked... even removing it completely (including package using rpm) and reinstalling it.
Below are the steps I tried:
1. cp /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY.atomicorp.txt `pwd`/aum-plesk-installer.asc
2. gpg --homedir...
So I recently went through the upgrade process to Onyx. It didn't go without issue, but was able to rebuild the config provided by the link on the home page after the upgrade.
I then went to load one of the websites to test and got the error message "Forbidden: PHP engine is disable.". I was...
First off, probably do a reconfigure to see if that fixes the PHP handler...
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all
Path may be different for Debian...
I thought it was just a standard version that was installed via CloudLinux, and so control panel independent, but handled inside the particular control by it's module/plugin feature.
I guess it must pick up what control panel is on the server, as it does install it to a different folder...
Thanks for your response Igor :-)
Yeah I submitted a ticket with them earlier. They've advised they know about it.
Posted here first as it was happening on the Plesk server, but not the cPanel server.
Hey all,
I am having an issue with LVE Manager in Plesk.
It keeps defaulting to the link below:
https://mydomainname:8443/modules/plesk-lvemanager/%5E?tab=selector
The %5E being a "^". I can however remove the ^ to view it. This is happening in both the Admin panel, and the customer panel...
We are currently experiencing high IO wait on our Plesk server and haven't been able to determine what the issue is. It seems to be fairly much random and happens quite often, even when doing things over SSH connection.
The CloudLinux server is currently unlicenced (which we are going to...
