Hi all, I have found reason for ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED (had the same problem's after new install, but without using https://kb.plesk.com/en/127355#dbus). It was because gitlab (in ngnix settings) have blocked port 80. Now I can open my sites, but after reboot its don't shows Pictures (design).
