Issue cannot login to Plesk

Hi,

if i go on https://xma1.de:8443 (my site) after some time it shows timeout error.

my sites works fine, but sometimes (once in month) it have problem with load average. at that time my sites, mail and ssh connection don't work. I need to restart my server.

I use an V-Server (www.strato.de) with Ubuntu.

I have tried:
-/etc/sw-cp-server/config
fastcgi_buffers 32 32k;
fastcgi_buffer_size 64k;

- /etc/ngnix/ngnix.conf
keepalive_timeout 600;

- Created file timeout.conf in /etc/nginx/conf.d/
with
proxy_connect_timeout 600;
proxy_send_timeout 600;
proxy_read_timeout 600;
send_timeout 600;

plesk repair all -y (stays some hours without information)
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base
and
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --all-versions (5. (*) Plesk 12.5.30 (Stable) (currently installed))
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller stys on multiverse warning

Before repairing or reinstalling Plesk, you could try to restart PSA service. Plesk brings its own web server. It is possible that Plesk GUI is unresponsive while subscription sites are being served.

# /etc/rc.d/init.d/psa stopall
# /etc/rc.d/init.d/psa start

If you experience server resource issues, your current hosting solution is too small for your needs and must be upgraded.

Hi Peter,
i had tried it to before, but forget to write about it (have tried at first to find a solution myself, but after weeks of try I decided to ask it in Forum).

now i get following error (what was before repairing or reinstalling Plesk I have forgot):
/etc/rc.d/init.d/psa: No such file or directory

current hosting solution is not too small.
I have 2 promotional Sites (one flash another HTML 5 both from Moto CMS).
1 Site for experiments with Joomla (mostly design, no information)
1 Git server (last time was not used, only I have account.)
2 OwnCloud Sites (It was installed but not used)
+ PHPInfo on an empty site to check server speed (was created at the beginning)

Ok I have found psa in another derectory: /etc/init.d/psa

But restart it dont help with my error.

Any additional information in /var/log/plesk/psa_service.log, /var/log/plesk/rc_actions.log or /var/log/messages why sw-engine cannot start?

I can see sometimes sw-engine in top command (sometimes 2X sometimes 5x etc.).

Please try repairing the Plesk.

Please check this:
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/"plesk version"/bootstrapper.sh repair

Then
# /etc/init.d/psa stop
# /etc/init.d/psa start

I have tried this repair function, but it don't move after "===> Plesk database scheme upgrade has been completed." row.
i don't know if it finished or not (I have waited 4-5 hours).

have tried to close program and write a command with psa stop, start.
After I wrote /etc/init.d/psa start i had "action "status" failed".

i can login to my sql, and i can find there all tables.

Access denied is fixed:
i have removed /root/.my.cnf (that i have created ) and it works again
but i steel cannot login on mail server (Password and name are on MySQL DB)

in /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/mail_auth_view i have information.

I have reseted my server on 1 day back ( from old BackUp), jet works my mailserver.
But I steel cannot login on my Plesk site.

and i have found mail from watchdog (at that time where it was a big load avarage).

sw-engine was started Seven times, maybe it is the reason for big load avarage.
