See reply #6 The "Host" where Plesk-Mailservices was running on had two dns servers configures. One of them wasn't responding. If we had the same issue your DNS-Servers configured (or one of them) on that machine doesn't work. Also you can disable DKIM and DMARC.

Works for me after "plesk repair web" for this particular domain. Before repair the config-file contains no exemps for the acme-challenges. plesk web repair-tool added this parameters to config-file successfully.

Switched over to dovecot. Only issue was that some customers re-downloaded their server stores mails. No more complains about utf.

Hello! We are stating this error in a similar way. Only difference is that our customers fetch their mails via POP3 and courier.
