Issue Warning: The lock file... message on composer and laravel project install.

I am just wondering what you mean by "trying to do it after the failed Laravel deployment is not going to work." I consider Laravel deployment as the Laravel environment on Plesk that gets created by default when you setup Laravel on the domain from Plesk but I don't have an issue with that...

Issue Warning: The lock file... message on composer and laravel project install.

Hi scsa20, Thanks but I don't have an issue getting the project running when I'm manually uploading the files using the FTP, that works fine for me. I was trying to avoid that by installing the project directly from the vendor by running it on composer within Plesk: create-project...

That was a fast response, I'm impressed :) I haven't followed through your steps yet but it looks like you documented well. I will give it a go as soon as I can and let you know how it worked out. thx.

Issue Warning: The lock file... message on composer and laravel project install.

I'm hoping someone can help, been stuck here for a while. I am having an issue installing a third party open source CRM using the Plesk Panel. I have tried different reputable open source CRM systems but i'm having the same or similar issue with all of them. Running "validate" on composer...

Resolved Is rDNS possible for multiple domains sharing a single IP?

My mistake I picked the wrong option. I didn't want to post back so fast without doing more tests but I think this may have worked :-) I'll be doing more tests throughout the next cople of days so if anything changes in my observation I'll post back, if no additional post then that settings...

Resolved Is rDNS possible for multiple domains sharing a single IP?

Did not work :-( I changed the settings from Send from domain IP addresses and use domain names in SMTP greeting to Send from domain IP addresses, tested and emails where still going to spam. As soon as I assign the dedicated IP back to the domain the emails go straight to Gmail inbox.

Resolved Is rDNS possible for multiple domains sharing a single IP?

rDNS is setup for the Host Name. If I understand you correctly and what you referring to, if from command line I run: dig -x xx.xx.xx.xx , it resolves back to the server Host Name correctly. The problem I'm running in to is that the emails are going to different email providers, mainly Gmail...

Resolved Is rDNS possible for multiple domains sharing a single IP?

Hi, I read through a few similar this post title so sorry if this may seem a little redundant but none gave me the answer I was looking for :-) Basically I just need to know if there is anyway to setup rDNS on different domains that are sharing the same IP address. From my general...

Issue Compatibility mod, wrong root directory

Hello, I am having what I believe is an issue to disable the Compatibility Mode on an older migrated customer account (plesk to plesk) or I'm missing a step I should take during the migration process but not sure which. I have recently started migrating our clients over to a new server using...

Resolved Backup Manager Settings per subscription

I'm a little confused about how the Plesk Backup Manager works, was hoping someone can help clarify. We are running Obsidian and trying to understand how the Backup Manager feature works as far as either allowing individual customers to manage where to store the backup or at the least to make...

    Question SPF checking mode

Thank you for confirming that. I was chasing my tail looking for an option that does not exists. I'm not sure my host provider was insisting there is an option for that, it didn't make sense to me because of the options descriptions so thank you for confirming.

    Question SPF checking mode

Hey Akrolis, Thank you for that respond and it does make sense base on the description of the option but I had to ask here because of the explanation I was getting from our host provider that didn't make sense so I wasn't sure and so thank you for clarifying that. Would you know if any of the...

    Question SPF checking mode

Hi, I was hoping someone could help me make the right decision on which SPF checking mode we should use under the Server-Wide Mail Settings. Our host provider is recommending to use the softfail option basically explaining that any email that fail the SPF check will be marked as spam but will...

Resolved Mails: No such user in mail authorization database

Just another injection, to this discussion, a different solution that can be easily overseen. I had a customer that every few months was calling me with his emails not working on his phone. I would help him recreate his account, have it working only to have him call me back again after a few...
