Turned out to be a local browser caching issue!?
Never used German in my browser in my life, bu clearing the cache and the issue has gone away....for now.
Thank for your help, the issue now appears to be getting worse. I am going to contact my hosting provider to see if there is anything they can help with as more of the backend is now appearing in German, and I cannot see anything that has a German setting no matter where I look

We have noticed in our admin interface that one of our sites is showing up partially in German in the admin interface.
In WP Toolkit the user setting is German, and in WordPress, the site is in German. Everything we see is in English, bar the odd item. This issue is present only in this...
It was not our intention of having multiple third-party repos. It is just a basic server with a cPanel migration tool and something to show disk usage. Most strange.
We have followed your suggestions, and disabled several others, and now we have an updated server. Thank you for your help.
Thanks for your advice. I was worried just disabling a repo would leave me with something that was out of date on the server, that would never be updated.
I have run the command and it has helped, but I am now running into another error that repeats many many times...
We have used cPanel for years, and are used to getting rapid support directly from them, this new environment that has been imposed on me is proving to be a new challenge.
We cannot update the server currently. I have done various searches with regards to the missing repo but nothing I have...
