It turns out this how the OS manages memory, it caches everything in memory first, and moves the less frequently used resources to swap.

Currently it is only creating an s3 bucket by default, no option to set Glacier. It is fine for low storage volume, but once you start bulking up, the cost ramps up pretty quickly.
