Dear Pleskians! The Plesk Forum will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 7th of July, at 9:00 AM UTC. The expected maintenance window is 2 hours.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding on the matter.
After deleting that subscription and recreating it, then manually add files, db, mails - as expected - the error is gone, but this is not a solution for all ...
This guide doesn't nothing: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12376926083607-Backup-in-Plesk-is-created-with-warning-Unable-to-back-up-database-Error-Unable-to-find-row-with-id-in-data-bases-table
Did anyone managed to solve this, is quite anoying.

Warning: Application "WordPress"
Unable to back up database #28. Error: Unable to find row with id 28 in data_bases table.
If I run the queries listed here a table is missing (probably renamed)...
Thanks, I run again repair all and few issues have been found, DB inconsistency, FTP accounts orphan, filesystem permissions.
All these because a few domains have been moved from one subscription to another?
But that domain has nothing to do with the one I was trying to run Laravel deployment
To better understand...
Subscription A, domainA.com - I was trying to run Laravel deployment (*git pull)
Error says something about a domainB.com from Subscription B, a domain that was part of Subscription C...

Still you can't use Git Extension directly for some unknown reason.
Also if you try to setup git repo with Plesk commands that works but Laravel Toolkit won't see this...
I can confirm, that for domains that had a git repo setup before, things seems to work after today extension update.
But, I just created a new domain, new subscription, I selected Blank website type. Then I decided to setup git after domain was added to Plesk and Git extension icon is not...
Also, probably related to git issues, "Deployment" options from Laravel Toolkit extension are hidden and every time when I open Laravel Toolkit I get this error in panel.log
ERR [panel] Table is not detected
I can confirm that after update git extension is hidden from all domains.
I managed to reset git extension db but icon didn't show in domain dashboard (service plan allow git management), and using command line I could setup a remote git for a domain and after that icon is back in domain...
