Issue Plesk backup. Unable to back up database #. Error: Unable to find row with id in data_bases table.

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian v18.0.50_build1800230213.19 os_Ubuntu 18.04

I'm getting the following error when a backup runs:

Warning: Application "WordPress"
Unable to back up database #. Error: Unable to find row with id in data_bases table.

Whilst this looks similar to the error that is documented here:

with a fix of:

plesk repair db​

this does not seem to find or fix any errors.
My error does not seem to have any IDs so is subtly different to the error posted. Is there a way to fix this?

Did you got this issue solved?
I have the exact same error and the fix plesk repair db, doesn`t work for me either.
I think the difference with the issue https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...able-to-find-row-with-id-in-data-bases-table-
is that in that article there is old non existing id still present in the database. In my and your case the id seems to have an empty value.

ERROR 1146 (42S02): Table 'psa.aps_registry_object' doesn't exist


Anyway Plesk repair db or repair all don't solve the problem.

That would be expected, as the aps_registry_object table belongs to the apsc database and not to the psa database.

However, if the repair doesn't solve the issue I suggest opening a support ticket with Plesk support.

No I still dont have a solution for this. Perhaps it can be looked at?

Same here, every daily backup comes with a mail with warning file attached.

It would be good to understand what log files to look at or how to narrow down where the problem originates. I've looked at /var/log/plesk/PMM/backup... but there are no errors in these logs files

Did anyone managed to solve this, is quite anoying.
I was thinking to recreated that subscription (delete, manually create it and restore db/files from backup)

After deleting that subscription and recreating it, then manually add files, db, mails - as expected - the error is gone, but this is not a solution for all ...
