Old thread, but I wonder: Why does Plesk use the dumps directory when the backups are stored externally? (I have all my backup files stored on a cloud solution, but 100 GB of files in the dumps directory)

I stand corrected. I went through all the domains and realized that those that work automatically, don't have webmail secured, and thus the wildcard wasn't checked. It checks automatically when you check the webmail option, but one can actually uncheck it. See screenshot. I wonder, what happens...

I'm sorry but I gave up. After creating one more email account and importing to that, and that didn't work either, I created yet another account and moved the emails manually. After that it works. I guess that there were some broken emails or whatever that just effed up the IMAP sync. Thanks...
