Issue Errors with Plesk scheduled backups

I thought so too. However, I was confused because backups before 03/26 are completed, despite the network error messages. Thanks for replying, I will review the remote FTP server and the network.

Issue Errors with Plesk scheduled backups

Hi, we are experiencing some problems with scheduled backups in Plesk "Backup Manager". Backups seem to be created because they have beside this green tick icon, but every backup ends with a message in red. I will use for the following examples the backups from 03/25 and 03/26. Until yesterday...

Issue Specific Scheduled Task (cronjob) isn't working

Yesterday we set the task to run as root instead of the subscription user and it worked. We hope that was the definitive solution. 1. We didn't find much useful information in other logs than "/var/log/cron". We found this log "/var/log/plesk/task-manager.log" which shows all tasks run, but we...

Issue Specific Scheduled Task (cronjob) isn't working

We are having a problem with a specific Scheduled Task in Plesk. It's strange, because it works for a while and then fails for a while. And it works perfectly when run manually. The task runs daily at 06:00, it's run by the subscription user (not root), it's a "Fetch an URL" task type and it...

Issue Inbound email ok. Forwarded mail rejected as spam

I already got a related problem. Send a forwarded email to Learn and Test DMARC this tool will show you if you have any DNS problem.

Resolved Google to soon require ARC for forwarded messages

If I can't do anything else, I will use "relaxed" DMARC, I will explain to the domain owner that isn't possible right now to use strict. I didn't really notice that example.com didn't have a DMARC on the main domain because was passing all the tests. It never worked with strict mode, I just...

Resolved Google to soon require ARC for forwarded messages

If I search "example.com", no DMARC found. If I search smtp.example.com", exists and it's correct. I verified DNS zone and indeed the DMARC was missing for example.com. Anyways the problem is still in Server 1, which has a DMARC for both example.es and smtp.example.es

Resolved Google to soon require ARC for forwarded messages

Server 1: Plesk is the email provider, Mailgun forwarding, DNS zone in Plesk, strict dmarc: As already shown: Server 2: Microsoft is the email provider, Mailgun forwarding, DNS zone in Plesk, strict dmarc: I didn't expect this, it says I do not have a DMARC record, but I have this in Plesk DNS...

Resolved Google to soon require ARC for forwarded messages

You aren't wrong. In the end, with DMARC basically you just establish some actions for the email sent from your own domain.

Resolved Google to soon require ARC for forwarded messages

I will check this on Monday and I will share what I find out comparing both. The only difference is: Server 1: Plesk is the email provider, Mailgun forwarding, DNS zone in Plesk, strict dmarc. Server 2: Microsoft is the email provider, Mailgun forwarding, DNS zone in Plesk, strict dmarc. We...

Resolved Google to soon require ARC for forwarded messages

That's the real question, how did the domain in the other server pass either DKIM or SPF with "strict" alignment. That's what I don't understand and would like to...

Resolved Google to soon require ARC for forwarded messages

If I change to "relaxed" works, but the thing is we have another server with "strict" alignment mode and using Mailgun to forward too and it passes all tests. We don't know why, because email headers are not aligned (example.com not smtp.example.com) in the second server and works.

Resolved Google to soon require ARC for forwarded messages

I don't know, I already had this setting ON before installing ARC update.

Resolved Google to soon require ARC for forwarded messages

This is what I get with the mail-tester.com:

Resolved Google to soon require ARC for forwarded messages

I'm conscious of that. I know DMARC fails if it doesn't align, but in other servers I have the same configuration (v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; adkim=s; aspf=s) and it doesn't fail or goes to spam, even though in the headers appear unaligned and that before adding ARC.

Resolved Google to soon require ARC for forwarded messages

I now have ARC email headers, but DMARC still fails when sending to gmail for example. In my case I'm using Mailgun to forward emails

Resolved Google to soon require ARC for forwarded messages

Same, I updated to .58 too, but no arc headers in emails. I found the following command in another post, but doesn't seem to work. plesk bin settings -s mail_arc_sign=true

Resolved Google to soon require ARC for forwarded messages

Hi, AYamshanov, Thanks for the reply. I actually don't know, I never had to use ARC, it's new for me. Maybe information about how to set it up in Plesk without any problem. There aren't many tutorials on the Internet and the current ones may not work in Plesk because these ones are explained...

And when is documentation about how to enable ARC coming?

I updated to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.58 but Update #1 is not showing. Why?
