No, the workaround here ( http://kb.parallels.com/114756 ) does not work. You can connect but then user does not have enough permissions to save a file. Permission denied (SSH_FX_PERMISSION_DENIED: The user does not have sufficient permissions to perform the operation.).

i am afraid plesk 9 and 10 do not support PHP 5.3. for some reason, mysql user passwords created by plesk use the old format while php 5.3 mysql extension only supports new long passwords.. it is not clear why plesk works like that, but that is a fact for plesk 9.5.x (not sure for plesk 10)...

Well was easy Ok, I solved it. Swsoft does not say that after copying the files you have to delete all ".security" files. Those files are on the root folder of every domain (not httpdocs, the real root folder). Then just restart the services and it should work.

I have a serious problem concerning this error: COM Error C00CE554 It comes out when you try to modify something in the domain setup. I found this patch by SWSOFT: http://kb.swsoft.com/en/3027 I copied the files in /admin/bin but it did not work. Any idea?
