OK I solved this - I had to go back into the IP Address Management area, click where it said 0 clients, and reassign the IP Address to the reseller/client and all good

It is also a terrible site to load up on dial up.. I had to do that yesterday from a clients place.. SLOW! on broadband it's not so clunky, but yea.. dialup.. wow...

Did you have to update AwStats manually? Or did Plesk do it? I just ran the update then, will see tomorrow what happens.. for some reason, any accounts created on this server (8.3 and 8.4) the Previous months don't stay, only shows the current one months stats!!! GRRR.. I hope the...
