Why would you want to show your IPv6 a different site than your IPv4 customers? That doesn't make sense.. most of your visitors don't have any control over what IP protocol they use to visit your site.

You should take a look as CentOS. From a sysadmin perspective it's not that different from Fedora and it's also supposed to be more suited for production server use since it's not as bleeding-edge as Fedora.

Useful hint for other people encountering this error: check if you have a /root/.autoinstallerc file and delete it. Installation will work fine after that!
