I am having the same issue with one of our Plesk 12.5 / Ubuntu 14.04 machines. The file /etc/asl/config is 1 byte long. I restored the whole /etc/asl directory from backups.

Actually, it looks like the migration happened properly. The only problem was that the "Mail User" user role did not exist on the new server. This was a non-event because the Mail User role on the old server denied all access so simply not creating the users was equivalent.

I am having exactly the same problem. Tried to migrate one domain from a server running Plesk 10.4.4 to another server running Plesk 10.4.4.

Any word, Parallels? What do you suggest? Older versions of Plesk included a amazon_setup_ip command but it is missing from 10.4.4.
I ran a script with these commands and it seems to fix the problem but I would love to hear your thoughts on the issue.

No. You can have a static public IP address but the internal IP address, the one on which all traffic arrives and the one which the web sites have to be assigned to, changes.

I am testing Plesk 10.4.4 on Amazon EC2. When the instance restarts, the IP address changes. The amazon_setup_ip command (which was present in previous versions of Plesk) does not exist in Plesk 10.4.4.
What is the recommended procedure for updating everything in Plesk after an Amazon EC2...

This is huge for us, happening on all of our machines.
1: Plesk 9.3.0 on Ubuntu 8.04 64-bit. Dedicated server (not a Virtuozzo container).
2: No patches.
3: No spam protection. Greylisting is off. We use Google Postini for filtering before...
