    Resolved Ticket and chat buttons remain greyed out

    on the submit request for technical support page and After entering my valid license key, and all other valid information and ticking the relevant boxes the buttons for submit and chat stay greyed out, i have carried out this procedure many times in the past without a problem. Please advise.
