10.1.1 to 10.2 Upgrade broke business manager license

    ***Licensing Error You have exceeded the number of customer accounts you can have in the system. Please upgrade your license.


    Upgrade appeared to complete, however CPU usage was high and SSO broken. After reboot CPU usage down and SSO seems to be using proper port of 8443 instead of 11443.

    however, there seems to be z problem with the business manager license. See above error message.
