11.5 sendmail path

Can someone please show me where in the release notes it says the sendmail path has changed? I upgraded to 11.5 the other day and all of my sites suddenly were unable to send email. I use sendmail for those sites with the old path being /usr/sbin/sendmail.postifx, now it seems that path has changed to /usr/sbin/sendmail.

Why was this changed and why weren't we notified?

Sendmail path is and has always been /usr/sbin/sendmail. Just because all implementations emulate original sendmail program interface. You shouldn't have used anything else in the first place.

/usr/sbin/sendmail never worked on my servers!

It should have. Might have been another problem.

Are you getting any error while sending the mail through your sites with the sendmail ?
