• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

13 domains no longer in Plesk 8.6 -> 9.2.3

13 domains misteriously dissapeared when upgrading 8.6 -> 9.2.3 . The domains are fully functional. Most curious of all, in one screen Plesk counts all domains, in another Plesk counts 13 less. Attached 2 images for this, number 1 has 69 domains, number 2 view all, only 56. No error messages during upgrade!

Any ideas on how to fix this? Getting when trying to log in on one of the dissapeared domains:

Unable to create Client object: Client: unable to select: no such row in the table

0: cmd_loginup.php:532
createSessionDomainOwner(string 'host0.nl', string '*************', string
'**********************', boolean false)
1: cmd_loginup.php:154
createSession(string 'host0.nl', string '*************')
2: login_up.php3:22

There is database inconsistency. Correction of database is non-trivial operation and access on your server required. Therefore I can suggest you contact support team.
