• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I am relatively new to Linux so apologies in advance if this is a simple fix nevertheless i cant seem to find the solution.

I am configuring a CentOS 6.0 Server and have Plesk 10 installed and running along with some test sites.

I am testing a deployment of Magento and require SSL support.

I have enabled SSL support in the Plesk and assigned a "temp" self signed certificate. However when browsing to the site via https i get a 403 Forbidden error. mod_ssl is installed.

Package 1:mod_ssl-2.2.15-5.el6.centos.x86_64 already installed and latest version
Package openssl-1.0.0-4.el6_0.2.x86_64 already installed and latest version
Nothing to d

I have made this development site live for testing/advice purposes
http://www.blueretailgroup.com/ (works fine)
https://www.blueretailgroup.com/ (403 Forbidden)

I notice that the Plesk panel itself is working via https on the server from which i am accessing the Pleas interface so the server must be configured in part to handle ssl.

Any advice would be very helpful!
