403 error when trying to access admin panel

Ok I somehow messed up something and I am unsure on how I accomplished this when I attempt to access it I get You don't have permission to access / on this server.

I assuming I screwed up a permissions on a directory but I am unsure. Any advice.

If you are using a RPM based OS, force the reinstallation of psa* package, something like:

rpm -Uvh psa* --force

It will solve your issue.
