Resolved 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

My client has uploaded his site and he is getting the following error.

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied


i am using WinServer2012 and Plesk onyx. Can anyone please help me out with this. ?? Thanks

Please make sure that it is not ModSecurity issue Website is not available with enabled ModSecurity: 403 Forbidden

Also check for .htaccess rules incase you have any try to rename and recheck.
