  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

403 forbidden on Login to Plesk

Frank Tiersch

New Pleskian
Hi,

on one of my VServers I have installed Plesk 12.5 manually on Ubuntu 14.04 (and also automatically by the hoster before but the same problem occured). After the installation two days ago everything worked fine and I was able to login and add the first webspace.

But now all of a sudden (I didn't make any changes at the webserver in the meantime) on logging in (https://domain.com:8443) I get a 403 forbidden error by nginx. The webspace still works though.

I checked the logs in /opt/psa/admin/logs but all the entries there are from two days ago.

Any pointers in the right direction are appreciated! Thank you!
