403 Forbidden

Dear all,

I hope that someone can help me my problem.

I got below error when I host my MVC 4.0 web service on parallels plesk panel.

Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.
.........................................................................................

Note :
I have one website (using ASP.NET 2.0) and one MVC 4.0 web service (ASP.NET 4.0)
So I used main domain for website (ASP.NET 2.0) and sub domain for MVC 4.0 web service (ASP.NET 4.0).
Main domain (website) is working as well but web service got error my mentioned below.
My plesk version is 12.0.

Please help me to explain details how should I do.

Hi Team,

Thanks for your reply.
Now it problem is still facing on hosting server.

I tried to appear that kind of error in my local also.
Firstly, I removed out "ASP.NET 4.5" from my IIS settting. At that time, my local web service also got error "403 Forbidden".
If I checked that setting, it is working.

So I would like to know plesk 12.0 is support "ASP.NET 4.5" or not.
If yes, how to check and where can I change setting to support "ASP.NET 4.5".
