403 Forbidden

I hope someone can help with this. I am running an Ubuntu server 7.10 with Plesk demo 8.6 as a testing server. The https://yourdomain:8443 works. The normal pages on the site return a 403 error saying I don't have rights to view the page. This testing server has been running fine for about a week. I got this error this morning. I checked the rights on the files in the httpdocs and they seem to have sufficient rights. I even tried to change one file to 777 and still the same issue.

Any thoughts to get me started?
