404 error on new domain

I am trying out Plesk 11 for windows, so far I like it and will most likely buy it. I am having a problem with a new domain, however. I just created the domain, and I installed wordpress on it using Plesk's application page. If I go to http://www.restlessthoughtsyndrome.com/ it will not load, however if I go to http://www.restlessthoughtsyndrome.com/index.php it loads just fine. I even edited the directory to make sure that IIS looks for index.php first, but this didn't fix it. What am I missing?

Still cannot figure this out...

I would like to have this fixed before I decide to pay for plesk...

Kindly go to IIS >> documents >> and move index.php top and then try again. You need to set default document in IIS
