Issue 404 When Accessing WebStats

ovrld

New Pleskian
Hi All,

We normally use cPanel but the client is on Plesk:

OS ‪Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 7.5 (Maipo)‬
Product Plesk Onyx
Version 17.5.3 Update #55, last updated on Sept 1, 2018 08:15 AM

--

We've added a user to be able to access the webstats folder, but now when I try to access it, it throws a 404 error as per attached screenshot.

Any help would be appreciated. The 'access_log.webstat' file in logs is around 7mb, so I'm guessing stats of some kind are installed, I just don't know how to access them.

Thanks in advance.

  1. Go to Domains > example.com > Apache & nginx Settings

  2. Replace the additional directive with the following:
    Code:
    if (!-e $request_filename ){
    set $test P;
    }
    if ($uri !~ ^/(plesk-stat|webstat|webstat-ssl|ftpstat|anon_ftpstat|awstats-icon)){
    set $test "${test}C";
    }
    if ($test = PC){
    rewrite ^ /server/index.php last;
    }

  3. If the directive above fixes the issue with Web Statistics page, but makes some links on a site broken, use the following additional directives instead:

    Code:
    if (!-e $request_filename ){
    set $test P;
    }
    if ($uri !~ ^/(plesk-stat|webstat|webstat-ssl|ftpstat|anon_ftpstat|awstats-icon)){
    set $test "${test}C";
    }
    if ($test = PC){
    rewrite ^/(.*)$ /index.php?q=$1 last;
    }

If additional directives are not required for website functioning, remove them under Plesk > Domains > example.com > Apache and nginx Settings .
