• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

4PSA Spam causes massive server load

Hi,

I recently installed several 4PSA applications on one of my servers. (P4 2.4Ghz 1GB ram redhat 9)

The server has about 150 domains on it currently and the server loads went through the roof after the 4PSA installation. I narrowed it down to the Spam Guardian package. With all the domains protected, the server would have loads up over 50! Turning off protection for all the domains resulted in everything going back to normal. Has anyone else experienced this? Spam Assassin on my cPanel server barely touches the load at all so why does this similar solution give the server fits?

Thanks in advance,

Rob
