4PSA Spam Guardian Not Working

We are using Plesk 7.5.3 on Enterprise Linux. Recently we are updater our server with 4 PSA Spam Guardian. But after few days checking that we come to know the Spam Guardian is not working at all. The IDs / domains which we are blocked using of 4PSA Spam Guardian (Control Panel), mails are still coming from those block IDs / domains.

Please suggest!!!
