Yes, this started in the new Plesk version.

I guess we were the first idiots to update

Looks like LiteSpeed has some incompatibility with the new version. LiteSpeed is a third party and we don't have any channel to contact them. Could you guys report this to their support team? Support - LiteSpeed Technologies

The problem arises because Plesk has not released a new version of its own library yet.
