Hello Everyone,

Today I am facing a new issue (I searched forums but found nothing like that) on my Plesk server. I updated my MariaDB server to 11.3 from 10.3.38.

But after the update, I can't log in to the Plesk control panel. It gives me the error "DB query failed: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2054] Server sent charset (0) unknown to the client. Please, report to the developers".

Even my WordPress site is down.

Please help me if anyone resolved it before.

I'm afraid that this special MariaDB version is unsupported. Please note, that the version you have installed is not an official stable version, but: "MariaDB 11.3.0 is a single preview release. Features are to be considered preview, and none are guaranteed to make it into MariaDB 11.3." (from MariaDB 11.3.0 Release Notes )
