502 Bad Gateway - nginx

I am randomly receiving 502 Bad Gateway error pages - I can reproduce this issue by modifying hosting plans in plesk 11 and in the same time refreshing a page for a minute or two. When I get the 502 error page all I have to do is refresh the browser and the page refreshes properly.
i am using centos 6

alsow i'm getting this on a shared hosting server, on one of the domains:

Unable to generate the web server configuration file on the host <ws01.fastweb.ro> because of the following errors:

nginx: [warn] duplicate MIME type "text/html" in /etc/nginx/nginx.conf:45
nginx: [emerg] open() "/var/www/vhosts/partydayandnight.ro/statistics/logs/proxy_access_log" failed (24: Too many open files)
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed


Please resolve the errors in web server configuration templates and generate the file again.

why is this appearing and what troubles may it cause?

what can i do to get this errors fixed?

do you have something for this one too?

Turn off Ngix from Service management

Turn off Ngix from Service management and then see result.

if i do that, it will kill the apache because of too many requests.
