Hi,

Since two days, we can not open prestashop admin from one website on server with Plesk Onyx 17.8.11.
There isn't problem with the frontoffice.

We have found this : A website is not accessible with "504 Gateway Time-out": The timeout specified has expired: [client 203.0.113.2:54693] AH01075: Error dispatching request to
But it doesn't work :
FcgidIdleTimeout 600
FcgidProcessLifeTime 600
FcgidConnectTimeout 600
FcgidIOTimeout 600

The same thing with 800, 1000, 1200 values...

Do you have another solution?

A prestashop module : "gamification".... All is ok when we disable it,
