504 Gateway Time-out when using key uploaded

Hello,
need help , each time i want to upload or enter plesk key i get a 504 Gateway time-out error page, now i can access the control panel, i tried checking of the server can reach the activation server and the ip of the server and its working fine,
is there anything else i can do to fix this, thanks
