Hello everybody:
I have a centOS 5.6 server with plesk and qmail installed.
Currently it's working fine, but today an extern domain tried to send an email and it received a bounce mail:
Message could not be delivered to some recipients.
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Recipient: [SMTP:[email protected]]
Reason: Remote SMTP Server Returned: 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
That user was waiting for an email from a booking site (hoteltravel.com)
I have been checking that the mail service is enabled and the domain name is listed in var/qmail/control/virtualdomains and var/qmail/control/rcpthosts files, but it seems ok.

why did it happen? how could i fix it?
