I suspect this may have to do with hostnames, or lack of them, because it says localhost.localdomain instead of a real hostname and it is likely that localhost.localdomain is in the receiving server's blacklist.

Either that or your IP address is blacklisted.

Anyway, step one would be to make sure your server has been set with a full, correct and valid hostname. There is an option in the admin panel (under Server --> Admin Preferences) where you can set it.

Also check out /etc/sysconfig/network

If you modify the above and you are on a RH/Centos type OS then restart your network after making a change (service network restart).

Of course I could be barking up the wrong tree -- but do check these things anyway, just in case.

please, write the exact location, there is no

"Admin Preferences" in the plesk 8.2 panel under server tab
also there is no

/etc/sysconfig/network

only /etc/sysconfig/networking/ and its a directory.

I think qmail should dynamicly change localhost.localdomain to the domain that im using as a mail server...

Oh. I've also noticed you said you use theBAT. This might also be a problem. It is often "faked" as being the email client by spammers, so if the mailserver you are sending to has some rules or other that don't like any mention of it (even if it is legit) then that might also be a problem. I doubt it though, as I don't think it comes into the HELO bit of the conversation.

I don't see how qmail can know the domain you want to use unless it is set somewhere for qmail to know what to use.

There are, incidentally, qmail configuration files you can edit which qmail then uses as a hostname. /var/qmail/control/me is the one that is of interest here. It might or might not exist on your system. You can edit or create it and enter your hostname if you like.

Keep in mind, however, that if the wrong hostname, or no hostname, is configured for the system itself and in Plesk, Plesk may well overwrite those file with thatever it thinks is the hostname if you update it. I'm not sure about the qmail "me" file though.

yes i have centos5

and yes, i have hostname installed in prefences

also im 100% percent sure its not theBat problem, im using it for all my internet life and never met any problems

i think that Plesk should somehow to edit qmail config file, i will try to do it manualy, but there comes a quastion about domains. If i will use mail on other domain it will use the same config file

So it seems like there is something wrong with a plesk ?
