7.1.3 "Problem converting all tables to InnoDB"

While trying to upgrade to 7.1.3 I get the error:

 Trying to append 7.5.3 changes to database... ERROR 1017 at line 12: Can't find file: 'Modules.MYD' (errno: 2)

ERROR while trying to convert all tables to InnoDB

Aborting...

Anybody got any clues here? I don't have anything more on it. =/ (I attempted searching by "Modules.MYD")

Oh, the big problem about this is... Is that now Plesk won't load and it killed my httpd.include file... Which I restored for now from a .bak.

BTW, just found https://forum.plesk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=24414 and am trying it.
