7.5.4 updater fails to update Backup Files

I am attempting to update the files individually from 7.5.3 to 7.5.4 using the updater. So far all but the BACKUP UTILITIES and the ADDITIONAL PLESK MANUALS works. These two consistently simply do not update.

Suggestions?
