Hi,
I am running Plesk 7.6.5, and have for almost 1 year. The entire time I accessed plesk by entering https://IP:8443/login.php3 . I have a virtual dedicated server, so I don't have a physical server under my roof, but I can access it via remote desktop.

Suddenly Plesk has stopped loading - I have to connect to the server via remote desktop and load it that way. It stopped loading on all computers at my office - mac and pc - and my blackberry. Does anyone have any ideas what would cause it to stop loading when I changed nothing on my computer? Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi.
Is Plesk really loaded at your VDS ?
If it's just not loaded (Windows "Srvices management" shows stopped) and you can't login to cp even from localhost than you have to check startup type in your "Services management" tool. It must be auto.
If Plesk is really loaded (you instantly able to login to plesk from localhost as you login thru terminal services) than check firewall configuration on your VDS, and ask your provider if them locked plesk's port (8443). Last is not so common, but seems to be only at least a bit realistic reason, if VDS is not configured to block port 8443 with it's own means.

Thank you so much...I had tried restarting Plesk, but not through the Services menu. That did the trick! I am fairly new to the whole server thing so I greatly appreciate your help.
