• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

TITLE:
A bug (?) in Plesk mailserver cli
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:
Plesk up to the latest version, Linux, Centos 6
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When trying to extract a list of all whitelisted IPs using:
/usr/local/psa/bin/mailserver --info white-list
it returns only the FIRST 25 but NOT ALL as it is supposed. This is so up to the latest version of Plesk. Is there a fix for this (may be setting the limit of results?? but there is no such an option)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. add more than 25 entries to the mail's whitelist
2. execute: /usr/local/psa/bin/mailserver --info white-list
ACTUAL RESULT:
3. result: only 25 entries are displayed
EXPECTED RESULT:
to get the full list of entries. Note that on some very old versions (8.x) this is working well.
ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
YOUR EXPECTATIONS FROM PLESK SERVICE TEAM:
Confirm bug

Thank you!
The bug is confirmed: PPPM-9839
Reproduced on Windows and Linux with Plesk 17.8 and 17.9.
