a few questions
1. where to find out the plesk7 for windows's actual version? does the autoupdater do all the hotfixes and service packs? do i need to upgrade to 7.0.2 manually?
2. the plesk sql server stops from time to time, and can't be restared from services panel. i would have to reboot the computer to bring it back. what could be the problem?
3. statistics.exe suddenly stops updating, error messages as below:
For user: phytonet
Running task: "C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\statistics.exe"
Started: Wednesday, November 03, 2004 3:00:25 AM
Task output:
Error 2 at Connect to pipe: The system cannot find the file specified.

4. i do virtual hosting and a lot of websites sharing one ip, but the bandwidth they use are far more than what shows in plesk. my mrtg shows about 20gb a day, but in plesk, it only 2gb total. where is the difference? do i have to turn on the awstats/webstats to track the bandwidth usage? i was worried turning on those would consume too much cpu, so i turned them off.
i would really appreciate if somebody can give us a hand regarding the above. thanks.
