a stupid subdomain problem

Hello;
I am having a great problem here
i created a subdomain using plesk
but the subdomain does not become active
I still can access it by ftp and using FTP.
also
it cannot be pinged and the dns shift has been over 3 days.

But same domain another sub domain is working.
What might be the problem?
Any solutions to it?

This sounds strange. If I were you, I`d rather submit a ticket to the SWSoft support team. This issue should be investigated inside of your server.
