Issue A user just exceeded "unlimited" emails per hour!

I got an email from PLESK saying that:

Please be informed,
following customers' domains, mailboxes and subscriptions are reached their limits for outgoing emails for the period:

To Oct/18/2018 11:37

for [email protected] , it says "limit Unlimited"..
