how to fix this error.

I have this problem aswell, and im 100% sure the password is correct, Ive re-entered it 3 times in Plesk and the Configuration File of my system. Please someone help with this ??

Hello,

Please, clarify where you get this message and also please check if it is possible to access Parallels Plesk Panel (PP) database with admin credentials:

cd %plesk_dir%\Databases\MySQL\bin

mysql -P8306 -uadmin -p<plesk_admin_password> psa
