Access problem

New Pleskian
Hi all

I can´t access to my admin Plesk panel via web browser. The system show me this error:

ERROR: PleskFatalException
Unable to connect to database: get_admin_password() failed: file_get_contents() failed: mktime() [<a href='function.mktime'>function.mktime</a>]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. Please use the date.timezone setting, the TZ environment variable or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'UTC' for 'UTC/0.0/no DST' instead

Any idea???

Strange issue, however it seems like "get_admin_password() failed" is the main problem.

First - try to enter Plesk DB:
# mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa

If it fails - there is a neat article about how to regenerate Plesk admin password:
