• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Access secure pages from a Mac

I have created a Web User and given this user access to the content management pages on our web site.

The problem is that the user has the misfortune of having to use a Mac. There is no problem logging onto the page using a Windows PC (using IE or Firefox), but from the Mac we cannot get the user to logon.

We are using the form of user id of domain\username (i.e. www.xwy.com\catnoise) and this does not seem to work.

I have searched Google for a bit (like an hour now) and have decided I must be missing something fundamental...

Any helpful suggestions would be must appreciated.

Regards
