access the psa DB to make a global change

Question for anyone who knows a little about the PSA 7.5.2 database.

When I migrated over 100 domains to a new 7.5.2 server from an old 5.0.5 server, a lot of them defaulted the catch-all mail address in the domain preferences to the server admin mail address.

I would like to be able to change this in the DB without having to go into each domain in the control panel to do it manually.

Anyone know the command to do this?
